- Customer access available 8:30am – 6:00pm Monday through Friday for access and vehicle retrieval

Our Process
What You Can Expect
STEP 1
Don’t panic
If your vehicle has been towed to our compound, rest assured that it’s in good hands. Our secure facility is monitored 24/7, ensuring your vehicle is safe until you’re able to retrieve it. We know dealing with a towed vehicle can be stressful, but we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.
For a smoother experience, give us a call in advance—our professional team can guide you on exactly what you’ll need to retrieve your vehicle.
STEP 2
Plan your pickup
Call us or drop by during business hours to retrieve your vehicle. Our compound hours are 8:30am – 6:00pm, Monday through Friday, for customer access and vehicle retrieval.
STEP 3
Check-in with our team
When you arrive, visit our office to be signed in and have our team escort you to access your vehicle. To claim your vehicle, please bring:
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Proof of ownership (registration or insurance documents)
- Accepted payment method (if applicable fees are required)
- Release certificate
STEP 4
Get back on the road
Once everything is processed, we’ll escort you to your vehicle — and if needed, our compound team can provide a complimentary boost or air to help get you on your way.
