Vehicle Access & Retrieval

Due to the nature of Astro’s business, the compound may contain hazardous substances and/or materials commonly associated with commercial vehicles and/or automobile accidents such as, but not limited to: broken glass, sharp metal objects, biohazards, and other objects that may cause damage and/or injury to property or person. Please be advised that by entering the compound and signing below you agree to the following:

1. You are entering the compound freely and voluntarily of your own free will and at your own risk and responsibility.
2. You agree to release Astro Towing, its successors, subsidiaries, parent companies, insurers, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, owners, and/or assigns from any and all liability for any and all loss, damage, and any claim or damage resulting therefrom on account of injury to your person or property even injury resulting in death, and agree to assume all risks involved in entering the compound.
3. Vehicle contents and other personal property are left in the compound entirely at the risk of the owner. Astro Towing is not responsible for these items.
4. The owner is responsible for removing all valuables from the vehicle at the scene of the accident or police seizure. Astro Towing is not responsible for these items. Any remaining valuables are to be removed at the time of vehicle access.
5. You will only be granted one-time access to your vehicle prior to release of the vehicle from the compound.
